New York State University (President Kim Chun-ho) said at a school briefing, " We are making it a college that develops creativity and character. "

On the occasion, the Korean Association of Media Associations and the New York State University agreed to strengthen cooperation and partnership between the two organizations.

Founded in 2012, New York State University is the first U.S. university in Korea to have both a bachelor's and master's degrees in which the Korean government is a part of its national projects. New York State University opened the fashion school FIT in the fall of 2017, starting with Stonnbrook College at New York State University. Both schools offer the same curriculum and degree as their home campus. At graduation, he will each receive a degree in the home school of Stoney Brook and the FIT.
