Safe schools, we make it - Provide various safety training, including disaster evacuation and first aid

The Korea International School in Ho Chi Minh City (Kim Won-kyun) provided various safety training programs from May 14 for five days, including disaster evacuation training, emergency treatment and CPR training, and school violence prevention campaigns.

First of all, on the first period of the 18th (Gold), about 1,000 elementary and elementary school students and faculty members were given disaster evacuation drills. Prior to this training, each classroom provided advance training on evacuation procedures and how to act in the event of a fire.

A fire warning was issued at 8:40 p.m. on the day of the drill, and everyone of the students and faculty were quickly and safely evacuated to the fire pipe along the escape route, followed by instructions on how to use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants.

In addition, the education for the prevention of sexual harassment for all Yoo and elementary school staff is held on the 11th in the elementary music room of this school, and the CPR training is on the 18th.

It was done in the preparation room. The education, which consisted of lectures and practices by the school's health teachers, provided an opportunity for faculty members to take active actions with a sense of awareness and responsibility to create a safe school.
Meanwhile, for four days from October 14, KIS volunteer groups held campaigns at the main gates and on the campus under the theme of             "Friends Love and Prevention of School Violence." This activity is part of the school violence prevention training conducted during the last week's personality training week, where students are leading the way in producing posters.

This is meaningful in that it created a sound school culture.
Kim Won-kyun, the principal of the school, said, "It was a meaningful time to immediately cope with the looming crisis and learn how to save lives."
