Russian diplomat, holdup necklace in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

A Russian diplomat was robbed during the day on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's southern economic center.

The same thing happened in February, and the local police released a CCTV video after three months of damage, according to VN Express, a local online media.

A diplomat, who works at the Russian consulate in Russia, was robbed of a gold necklace by an unidentified man on a motorcycle while walking toward the office with a woman in Ho Chi Minh City on February 17.

When the suspect wearing a mask saw that he was wearing a necklace, he drove his motorcycle into the sidewalk and passed it by to catch him.
Local police said they were tracking down the suspect who committed the crime with a fake motorcycle license plate.
